Introduction
For nearly two decades, the Harold H. Greene & Joyce Hens Green National Security Law Moot Court Competition has provided a forum for law students from across the country to come together to argue current national security law issues before some of the most respected practitioners in the field. Judges are drawn from the local community of National Security Law practitioners. The 2017 Competition will again feature a group of experienced and esteemed judges and practitioners from that community – the nation’s experts mooting and training their successors.
